Pioneer Elementary serves grades one through five. Our staff, parents, and community believe that all students are entitled to an equitable, rigorous, and fun school experience with accountability. This belief is outlined in our Core Values.

Students First

Pioneer Elementary puts students first. Every decision, both instructional and financial, is driven by student needs. Teacher, administration, and parent input must positively impact students.

Equity

Pioneer Elementary believes that all students will learn and grow in our classrooms. We live and teach in a diverse community and our classrooms and staff reflect that. We identify and address different backgrounds and values within our community.

Accountability

Pioneer Elementary believes that all stakeholders should be held accountable for student achievement and growth. Our stakeholders include teachers and administration, students, parents, and guardians. To receive the best education possible, everyone needs to be held accountable for our students' success.

Rigor

Pioneer Elementary believes that every student should receive rigorous and challenging instruction that meets students' needs and learning styles. This instruction will be engaging and will meet students at their level while fostering a passion for learning.
